Answer: When we are doing
any physical activity, are muscles are breaking down, and

By having a quality protein shake, it absorbs quickly with-in

Question: Can’t
I just have a chicken breast or tuna after I workout? Isn’t
it still protein?
Answer: Yes you still should
have a chicken breast or some form of solid proteins with
a good balanced dinner of carbs and fats. However proteins
like chicken take hours for the body to digest, unlike a
protein shake that absorbs into the body in minutes.
If you skip having shakes, then your body
is breaking down after you exercises for hours until your
food is digested. Muscle breakdown means lower metabolism
and smaller muscles, which would be a negative towards a
person’s goal of gaining or loosing weight.

I just want to look toned!!
Answer: No, protein will
not make you fat unless you take an abnormal amount of it.
On a daily basis, the average person needs to consume a
gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. If someone is more
active in lifestyle, they will need more protein to help
their body meet its daily nutritional needs.
Protein will also NOT turn you into a bodybuilder. Our
bodies need protein just to function whether you’re
male or female. Protein is essential for anyone, with any

Is it a fat burner?
Answer: Hoodia is a herbal
product that actually helps to curve hunger pains. It works
by tricking the brain into making you feel full. It is especially
useful for those that are on a diet, or eating smaller meals
every few hours, or those that are tend to binge eat when
starving, especially for those that binge eat late in the
evening.
Hoodia is not a fat burner. It has no stimulants and comes
from a plant. It is one of the most natural supplements
available on the market.
There are several products out there that have Hoodia but
purchasing something cheap in a department store, will give
you little results as most are low in quality and will never

Question: Are Herc’s
Shakes healthy? How much protein is in them?
Answer: Of course Herc’s
Shakes are healthy!!! That is our goal and objective. Several
customers have made them a part of their daily routine,
whether it is for weight loss or weight gain. Not to mention
they’re low in fat and high in protein.
Each regular shake has 2 scoops of protein,
around 40 grams or more (depending on flavour/brand of protein
used). Large shakes usually have 3 scoops of protein. We
use Concentrate/Isolate blends only.
