Herc's Nutrition which started in St. Catharines has been a name people can trust for over a decade, and that trust didn't come overnight. It was developed over the years by forging strong relationships with our customers.

Herc’s is a unique supplement store for a variety of reasons, which attracts new customers, as well as keeping long time customers that have shopped with us for years. We don't try and carry everything you've ever read about in magazines, many products are just gimmicks and simply don’t work. We’re not here to be a money grab, we’re here to provide our customers with direction so they can achieve their best results possible with our guidance and support! Herc’s protein shakes has been a major component of what seperates us from our competitors. Many of us lead busy lifes, and everyone could use a healthy, quick and affordable meal or post workout shake when on the go. Plus what’s a better way to cool off on a hot humid summers day in Niagara Falls then to have one of our delicious protein shakes shakes?!

We've all had to work very hard to get where we are and learned from mistakes along the way. My goal here in Niagara Falls is to make sure all of our customers not only feel great about themselves, but also that they get an education on the products they’re using, and fully understand why they’re taking it and the benefits it provides. Paul began to take interest in nutrition while at Brock University. After the new gym was completed on campus in 2002, he took a greater interest in the gym and it became a daily routine for him. Looking for enhance his results, he started to get more educated on nutrition. By 2005 Paul had taken his advice and was helping others to achieve similar goals at one of St. Catharines largest gyms. It was at this gym Paul met Dave Dekker, founder of Herc’s and was offered the job of managing his Niagara Falls location. Also in 2005 he competed in his first bodybuilding show in London Ontario. From there the passion of the business took over and by 2008 Paul became owner of the Niagara Falls Herc’s. In 2010, Paul again competed and placed in London Ontario in bodybuilding and qualified for the Ontario’s. His best advice for those looking to make a change is that nutrition is a big factor in changing your body. You are what you eat!
