This is an e-mail we received from an online customer that ordered product. We ran out of stock on the item and it was backordered from the manufacturer but came up with a solution we hoped would make our customer happy. Here was his reply.....

      My name is Drew and I’m from Niagara Falls. During the winter, I decided that I wanted to better myself, both how I feel physically, and how I look physically. Then in February at work, they held a Biggest Loser contest for who could loose the most in 3 months. At this point, I was 240lbs, and at 6ft, I was carrying a lot of extra weight with me.

      So on March 1st my goal began. I joined a gym and started to learn about supplements. After a week or two and having a better understanding as to why my body needed protein, especially after the gym, part of my post workout ritual included coming to Herc’s Muscle Shop in Niagara Falls for a protein shake. My workout partner and I came in five days a week and with options like glutamine, taurine, creatine, plus 10 flavors to choose from, it made a huge difference in how I felt after the gym, and how my body would recover, not to mention the amazing taste!! It was a daily treat!!!

      My favorite flavor was Creamsicle, normally double scoop with glutamine to help with recovery. Paul that manages this location was always helpful and always great motivation when we came in and would sit at the counter and enjoy some great conversation between the three of us and other customers as they come and go.

      As of June 1st, 2008, I reached my goal of 200lb’s, in just THREE months!!! That was a total loss of 40lb’s and I won the biggest loser contest at work. I’m still going strong in the gym today and I plan to get the total body I want. I’m feely better then ever in life.
